Field Report on November 30th, 2021 anti-coup Protests Civilians’ injury cases 

 

98 injury cases among civilians have been reported, including 6 injury cases due to the use of stun grenades by security forces which led to a case with hand tissue damage and a case of crushed nose bones.

 

98 civilians wounded as below:

 

- 6 injury cases due to the use of stun grenades.

- 11 head injury cases due to tear gas canisters aimed at civilians.

- 4 face injury cases due to tear gas canisters aimed at civilians.

- 4 chest injury cases due to tear gas canisters aimed at civilians.

- A back injury case due to tear gas canisters aimed at civilians, resulting in a fracture of the 5th vertebra

- 22 cases of suffocation from tear gas.

- 49 extremity injury cases due to tear gas canisters aimed at civilians.

- A case with multiple injuries due to baton’s beating.

 

 

Khartoum City’s Processions

- 6 injury cases due to the use of stun grenades.

- 11 head injury cases due to tear gas canisters aimed at civilians.

- 4 face injury cases due to tear gas canisters aimed at civilians.

- 4 chest injury cases due to tear gas canisters aimed at civilians.

- A back injury case due to tear gas canisters aimed at civilians, resulting in a fracture of the 5th vertebra

- 19 cases of suffocation from tear gas.

- 43 extremity injury cases due to tear gas canisters aimed at civilians.

- A case with multiple injuries due to baton’s beating.

 

Omdurman City’s Processions

- A total of 9 injury cases were reported.

- 3 cases of suffocation from tear gas.

- 6 extremity injury cases due to tear gas canisters aimed at civilians.

 

 

CCSD keeps the details of the abovementioned private to protect their rights and for their security.

CCSD will release field reports once confirmed data is obtained from Khartoum and other states across the country which exposes the brutality of security forces against peaceful civilians. CCSD follows a rigorous procedure to confirm the accuracy of each case before it gets published.
